The Coastal Carriage

Small railway carriage for two overlooking the sea. Simple and refined in a lovely position. No electricity, spring water, log stove & the views. Rekindle!

Set on the far north coast of Abrdeenshire/Banffshire, this enjoys thrilling views across the sea that can be further enhanced by the distant splash of the resident dolphins. The carriage only sleeps 2 and the modcons are limited by the absence of electricity, but their absence is more than compensated by the sense of romance and the sheer joy of escape. Come a windy night, you will be snug as a bug in your double bed with only the flickers of the log stove to light you. Very heaven.
