The Wee Local is a cottage annexe, attached to the owner's home, on the outskirts of the village of Tarbet, 1.2 miles from Arrochar and near Loch Lomond. The location allows you to explore in multiple directions at once - into argyll and west coast, South towards Glasgow or up and away to Perthshire and the Highlands.

The property can sleep two people and has a double bedroom (zip/link, so can be twin) with an en-suite shower room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner.

Outside there is off road parking for two cars, shared use of the front garden and a private side patio with furniture and a barbecue.

Configuration

All ground floor. One twin bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Sitting room with sofa bed, dining area and woodburner.
