Customer Reviews of The Granary, Isle of Seil - Sleeps 4-6
1st comment: Good comfortable cottage with everything we required for our stay. Many opportunities to walk in the area and a ferry over to the neighbouring island without going too far. However the 13 or so miles to Oban were not tiresome and again there many opportunities to go over to the islands or Fort William for the steam train. June 2012.
2nd comment: The Granary is a quaint little cottage, perfect for families. The overall decoration and quality of accommodation is high with the emphasis on cosy. Nice touches like a bookcase filled with a diverse selection of books. Perfect for those wintery days. We had a lovely time and found the location perfect for those interested in walking and wildlife. Beautiful. Aug 2011.
3rd comment: The location was very good and particularly its nearness to what appeared to be the only shop on Seil, and the availability of the two pubs for meals. It was good to learn about the slate mining industry at the little museum in Easdale, and the garden at An Carla was amazing. We also visited the gardens at Ardmaddy and Arduaine as well as the archealogical sites at Kilmartin. All in all avery relaxing holiday for us. Sept 2010.
