Elmwood House is a traditionally built stone villa situated in a quiet Conservation Area within easy walking distance to the town centre, Pitlochry Festival Theatre and all local amenities.
There are two apartments on the first floor and have a separate entrance. Each has a large lounge with open plan kitchen/dining area (front facing over the hills), bedroom with double bed (side facing) and bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
